How do you actually get an explanation of the "other" fees on our transaction page? $477.88 charged today with NO REASON OR DETAILS. I have started a case that I expect will go nowhere, anybody see a huge "other" fee charged this morning?

Do you use FBA or FBM? Sometimes those are adjustments to your package dimensions for returns.

I have been chaqrged over 7000.00 dollars since the end of Fed. under Other. You cant click on it to see more details. Ive called numerous times they say they cant see it on their end. Ive opened 4 cases even sent screenshots. They all get transferred with no response. I dont use FBA. Its crazy. Im losing money and cant get answers. Good Luck.

They have not reached out, the message simply says the team continues to investigate. Is there anyway to get support within 24-48 hours OR even the same business week? 3 weeks and counting. This would be unacceptable service for buyers, if we sellers tried to avoid answering buyer messages.

I just heard back from my partner team and they stated the following:
We confirmed the $477.88 charge from 6/25/24 is related to invoiced chargebacks on labels bought through Buy Shipping.
When you purchase shipping services, the carrier charges are based on the information you provide for the package. Carriers may charge or credit you after the package is shipped in the form of Carrier adjustments. These charges are caused by incorrect label information.
