Step 1: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/center
Step 2: At the bottom click "My Issue Is Not Listed"
Step 3: IN the box to describe your issue
Step 4: Click one of the boxes, item related, fba related, account related, etc, etc
Step 5: you should be given an option to Contact an associate Via Email - Phone - Chat

The most you will find is support that copies and pastes text from a standard protocol printed in PDF (99% OF THE TIMES IT WILL BE AN ANSWER THAT MAKES NO SENSE)

What is the basis for Amazon's removal this past spring of the ability of Individual sellers get a Seller Support rep on the phone? This is very problematic.
It used to be that upon reaching a certain threshold number of written messages on a matter, more messages would not be permitted and a seller was routed to setting up a phone call. That is no longer the case.

@Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qG I checked on the case that I escalated on your behalf and see that the issue is not yet resolved. I have reached out to the partner team again for review of the ASIN and to provide additional insight. I will continue to monitor for any updates and will relay the same.
When reviewing the ASIN on your end, are you seeing any keywords that are incorrect or need to be removed? I just want to ensure that there isn't a keyword that could be causing the issue.
