Not eligible to sell a product even though both brand authorization letter and invoice are provided
Hi,
I would like to sell Mimitakra's products. I was asked to provide either a brand authorization letter or invoice when filing the application. However, the support team has rejected me couple times even though both documents are provided and all conditions are made.
Has anyone encountered this issue before and can provide any advices on how to resolve this issue?
Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you!

I am once again rejected by the Amazon support when both LOA and invoice are provided. The Amazon support did not tell me why the rejection. Can anyone from the Amazon support team help me out? Thank you!

In this case ID I have mentioned everything attached latest screenshot of email conversation with brand .
Even I mentioned my conversation with Mr. Paul member of the Amazon Executive Selling Partner Relations Team. that what he advised. We convinced brand to act upon his advise to add us in the brand registry and assign us the role of "Authorized Reseller". Brand opened the case with Brand registry "to add us and their request was declined because they use vendor central instead of seller central.

No body is bothering to call the brand number mentioned on the invoice and LOA to verify the authenticity of the documents, just declining our selling application request without giving us the proper reason.
Please do help us in getting this selling application approved as we have left no stones untouched eventually writing here so that someone at least look into the matter.

I recommend that you review your documentation with your supplier and the brand owner to determine why Amazon might not be accepting the documents. I apologize for the difficulties this creates.

I've reviewed your previous cases and application and I can confirm that the team is not going to be able to provide you additional information on why your application was denied. I apologize for any difficulties this creates.
You may want to work with the brand again as their response "to add us and their request was declined because they use vendor central instead of seller central" is not accurate, the fact that they use Vendor Central should have no impact on their ability to add you to their Brand Registry.
You should work with your Brand and Distributor to try to determine why the documents are not being accepted and ensure that the contact information for the supplier and brand are accurate on all documentation.

How they can add us in their brand registry? Are you talking about to add us as Registered Agent in the brand Registry?
If Yes, then after adding us in the brand Registry as Registered Agent, Selling Application restrictions for the particular brand will be removed from our account ?
Looking forward to your guidance in this regard, so that we may approach the brand in the right way.
