A-Z claim help, can a mod look?
Hoping a mod could look into and investigate an AZ claim received that impacted my odr without any appeal options.

Customer returned product in original packaging unopened and unused. But I think in the process of originating a return an AZ claim was opened because the inadvertently selected "BROKEN" as a reason for return? Even though they contradict themselves by selecting "YES" broken but also reason for return" just doesn't work". Product was unopened and returned unused in original packaging. This is a specific repair part and I'm guessing the person paying little attention bought the wrong piece and immediately returned it. Which is fine, but of course in the questionnaire for return customers are going to blame and select whatever reason they deem necessary to qualify a return. No evidence was provided outside of this to prove an item was in fact damaged or defective in an way and I was not given an option to appeal this decision.
"Customer comments: Is anything missing? No. Do you want to return the item? Yes. Is anything broken? Yes. Could you provide more details? Item looks fine, it just doesn't work. Reason Code: DAMAGED_OR_DEFECTIVE"
If a mod could look into this I would appreciate the help.
Thank you
