SHIPMENT DELIVERED AND CHECKED IN BUT NOT RECEIVED
My shipment FBA17QHPC4VS was delivered and checked in on February 19 but not received as of today March 16. This is very frustrating as I still receive same disappointing response even after the investigation eligibility period was reached. They don't investigate and keep saying to wait until the shipment becomes eligible for investigation. I have another shipment in the same situation, delivered March 7 then no more update FBA17S88YRY2. I was so excited to start with FBA, but this is not a great experience as a newbie. This is not what was expected with FBA. I hope to have all my shipments up and running or refunded if lost.

What to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment
TaylorR put together the above guide for sellers whose FBA shipments are taking longer to be processed than sellers would like.
We know it can be frustrating when there are delays for shipments to be delivered, checked in, and ultimately made available for purchase by customers. The article I linked to above shows how to follow a shipment's progress and see when it is eligible for reconciliation.
Please check back if the shipment is eligible for reconciliation and if you need any guidance on that process.

May I ask if your shipment was received by Amazon and how long did it take them to receive it on the shelf for you?

I'm really frustrated. After all this time (2 months), I just noticed that Amazon closed my shipment with 0 unit as discrepancy. I sent in 2 boxes of 48 units each. One is received and I don't know what they did with the other one. Today, I see the shipment is closed even though it was still in checking status. I have another shipment ID:FBA17VJCVFMQ that was delivered April 2, no update until now, and I'm missing on sales. This shouldn't keep going, Amazon needs to address this.
