Buy Shipping formatting issue with labels
On Friday, mid-way through using Buy Shipping, it changed the format and included a receipt. It also forces printing in portrait (no ability to change it) and the left edge of the shipping label misses the first few characters of the return address so it's pretty worthless. I've attached a screenshot of what we see when we buy shipping.
Anyone else have this problem and if so, did you solve it?

I notice you sent a post on another Buy Shipping thread. I'm wondering if you can provide any advice. It occurred half way through buying shipping on Friday and I cannot change it.

I have the same problem. I really don't want the receipt, so now I have to go to pages and type in that I just want page 1. Also, part of my return address is cut off my label, so I now have to then hand write in the numbers and letters on the label that are being cut off. Its a real pain, and I cannot figure out any way to fix it from my end. I have not contacted Amazon yet, I thought for sure Amazon would have received enough complaints from FBM sellers that they would have fixed it by now, but they have not.

Thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums! I wanted to review this issue further with you - are you using QZ Tray to print your Buy Shipping Labels? Additionally, have you used any other browsers or devices to replicate? Let me know any troubleshooting steps you've already taken!
