Legal entity name
Why does my legal entity name show up as "NY - New York" . I provided the correct business name and completed the verification process however legal entity name still shows up as "NY - New York" .This is a problem for me because when i upload our certificate of insurance it got rejected since the legal entity name does not match "NY - New York".
What do i do ?

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
To update legal entity name or address, you must retake the tax interview by clicking on "Update Tax Information".
To update your legal business name:
- Go to Settings and click Account Info.
- Under Business Information, click Legal Entity.
- Enter your Legal Business Name and click Update.
