A buyer left a 1 star review after they cancelled the order . Please help!

A buyer cancelled an order and then left a one star review with the response "na". I requested removal and was denied. I opened a case explaining the situation but was denied immediately. I'm hoping there is a moderator here that can help me with this situation.

I would fire off a short concise email to jeff @ amazon . com (no spaces). This is the executive seller support people. If you are lucky they will intervene. This should be a black and white issue and the feedback should be removed. I wish you luck!

I sell on amazon and my biggest peeve is the ease by which people get to return items at seller's shipping expense. Forces all of us to keep the prices higher in order to make a tiny profit. Thank the Lord for all the people that shop in person.
