Simple Question for the moderators
I have been having issues with the "Order handling capacity" feature. It seems like when I enabled AHT for late carrier delivery protection we lost all control of this feature. So I would really appreciate a simple yes or no answer to the question below.
If we enable AHT do we lose the ability to control our daily order handling capacity?
What is order handling capacity?
Set the maximum number of seller fulfilled orders you can reliably ship every day. Once this limit is reached, orders with Same Day Handling Time, 1 Day Handling Time or 2 Day Handling time will be extended to the next available shipping day. This is to ensure that you are protected from a surge in orders that might result in poor customer experience and impact your metrics.Note: This limit is defined per shipping day and is excluding PSO orders and Prime orders with Premium shipping options. It may take up to one minute to change your new capacity input. Please do not attempt to save more than once in a minute.
