Neutral feedback that is not for the item the customer bought from me.
I received a (3) neutral feedback from a customer that I sold a book. The feedback states "I absolutely love this product but when I got it, it had come open. Fortunately, it was in a sealed plastic bag but I lost some of the content. Great product though." I have requested removal since this is obviously not a feedback for a book but it has been denied. I contacted the buyer as well to as them to remove the feedback but have not heard from them as yet. It takes a year for a neutral or negative to fall off my ratings since I am such a small seller I only receive very few feedback but one can drop my percentage drastically. Any help or advice?

It does not fall into one of the reasons for feedback removal, unfortunately.
At his point I recommend a professional reply. Something along the lines of, "Since we sell books I think that this feedback was left for the wrong seller."
Remember that anything left in reply will be read by people who may be debating buying from you. A professional reply will go a long ways towards convincing them that you are trustworthy.
