Missing items from shipment, no response from support

We raised multiple cases to review the missing items while shipping from AGL to FBA.

On the 1st case, it's been more than 15 days yet support is not responding to the case.

The 2nd case was responded to with the reply of "I'm merging this contact into the original case for this issue"

We usually don't have issues with missing items from shipment, but AGL shipped this and the support is not accepting the documents provided by them.

Any solution where we can escalate this issue to a specialist or dedicated team?

I see that you have a number of cases with seller support spanning a number of topics. Can you please provide me the shipment ID and the case ID tied to that shipment so I can review and potentially escalate.
