FC PPO4 - Not a valid address for USPS

I shipped a parcel to PPO4 via USPS
9850 mississippi street, MERRILLVILLE, IN, 46410, UNITED STATES
It was returned as undelivered. So i got it investigated.
USPS has confirmed in their words.
"after further investigation with the local delivery network and the national address system, the USPS have advised that the address is not a valid USPS delivery address"
This happens in so many FC's. Can a mod please look at this and fix USPS and Amazon

Why are you shipping to a FC using USPS? Most FCs simply do not accept USPS deliveries, as they require appointments, and USPS will not make them.
Is there a reason to not use UPS, the partnered carrier (that's super cheap with Amazon rates)?
