Attention: Notification of Product Removal by Amazon Product Safety
I am posting this in hopes that I can get an actual person to look at this issue. I have read through numerous threads regarding the same issue, with varied success rates, so let's see how this goes.
My listing has been flagged as selling a restricted product, "mouth tape", and as such suppressed. I am not selling mouth tape however, I am selling Nasal Strips which are not banned and are in fact being sold by hundreds of other sellers on the platform. I am going through an endless circle of emails and canned responses from Amazon, without anyone actually looking at the evidence that I submit. As soon as they see it has been flagged as mouth tape, they automatically say it is not reviewable as they are not accepting listings for this product.
My listing does not refer to mouth tape, my pictures do not show mouth tape, yet it is still being flagged as mouth tape.
The only thing that I can think of is that a listing that I setup in June before I had the product manufactured and shipped, what flagged for the wording that I used at the time. I deleted the listing and set up a brand new listing for the actual product, but somehow it is being tied to the deleted listing even though it is new asin and fnsku.
Please help!

To start off, I want to clarify that this product was not removed as being identified as a nasal strip but rather mouth tape and a concern with medical test strips. Upon review of the ASIN provided. There appear to be concerns with the intended use of the product and to confirm they meet all required laws and policies. I do not see any additional or provided evidence in the case to dispute the situation. Have you emailed the highrisk-childsafety team? If so what information have you provided them to confirm your product complies with all applicable laws or policies, or what was provided to confirm this was identified incorrectly as mouth tape?
I do see on 16258657041, you provided some screenshots of your account and seller central. This violation fell offer the account health page and will not be added back as it would impact your account beyond the standard time frame, which is why you dont see any information. Do you have any other cases where you provide further example of compliance?

Based on the response you received, this ASIN may not be eligible for reactivation at this point. If they are no longer willing to review documentation, this implies they have made a final decision.
If you wish to continue selling your nasal strips, you may need to create a new ASIN at this time. When creating your ASIN, be sure to only reference the nasal strips and their functionality. The reference to other uses may cause the product to be identified as having other indented uses that could violate our policies.
