We have arranged three time periods for our virtual identity and supply chain verification, and we have not received any confirmation or invitation yet. Just a while ago, we still haven't received any confirmation or invitation emails.

I see that you have questions about the virtual identity verification process and when you will receive the confirmation email.

Once you choose your 3 time slots, one of those time slots will be when the video call is conducted. You will typically receive a confirmation email with a link to join the call, 48 hours before the scheduled time slot. If your first selected time has come and gone then I suggest to monitor your notifications 48 hours before the next selected times, for the confirmation email.
