Seeking Guidance on Becoming an Authorized Third-Party Reseller for Procter & Gamble (P&G)

I’m reaching out today because I need serious help navigating the process of becoming an authorized third-party reseller of Procter & Gamble (P&G) products on Amazon.

To be clear up front:

P&G does not directly issue Letters of Authorization (LOAs) to Amazon resellers. I have personally contacted their corporate and professional product teams on two separate occasions, and in both cases, I was told they do not provide LOAs or direct reseller authorization for individual Amazon sellers. This makes it extremely difficult to meet Amazon’s documentation requirements for brand approval or avoid getting listings flagged.

I’ve had multiple applications for P&G brand approval denied in Seller Central, even after uploading legitimate invoices.

I’m currently dealing with two regated P&G products that I previously had approval to sell, and now I can’t list them anymore.

If you currently sell P&G products on amazon please tell me how I can get authorization through brand registry!

If the brand does not give you permission to sell their products on amazon, you cannot sell their products on Amazon. If you try your account will be deactivated. It is that simple.

Incorrect. We have one. Of course, we also have a 30+ year long relationship with them. I will say though that you're wasting your time, as there is no way you're going to source directly from Procter & Gamble (as we do) and be competitive on Amazon. There's a reason why we (even being authorized and having their best tier distributor pricing) we don't bother. Too much competition for too low margin. You're not going to beat Amazon selling P&G themselves, and Staples (and their half a dozen multiple accounts) selling it.
