How can I remove bad reviews cause by FBA
I've been having the worst experience working with Amazon. FBA have been shipping 1pk of my item to customers instead of the advertised box of 12. This issue has been happening for over a month. AWD did an investigation and confirmed they shipped out boxes of 12 while FBA is saying that if the customers are getting 1pk that's how they received it. My account is now inactive, and I've lost money in refunds and hundreds of units that has now gone into defective. I'm losing money daily and still don't know when the issue would be resolved. My main issue is I've gotten bad reviews from customers informing potential customers that the product is 1pk and not a box of 12. More than anything else these reviews is going to affect my business I've reach out to Amazon to have the reviews removed seeing that it has to do with a shipping error. Amazon refuse to remove the reviews! I haven't getting anyone that can help with the issue.

Let's be honest!!! There is zero seller support on Amazon. There is not a point of contact person you can reach in emergency situations like this. Amazon doesn't care because it would cost them money if they did care. They take zero responsibility for the mistakes of their employees. While you are deactivated there are 100 more in line behind you trying to jump onboard.
