FNSKU added in the wrong inventory by AMZ WH

Hi,

I sent the inventory to Amazon GEU3 and yesterday its status changed to checked-in and receiving....

1. FNSKU A: sent 87 of these units and amazon scanned 96 (9 extra)

2. FNSKU B: sent 9 of those and amazon received 0. Seems like they added its 9 to FNSKU A.

I am 200% sure both FNSKUs labels were placed correctly, I put those by myself and I again today checked the balance FNSKU labels leftover to confirm that the right labels were pasted.

Seller support is literally not helping, the only response they give is to wait till 15th Nov, 2024 to start the investigation, I am surprised that Amazon has been charging inbound placement fee and yet they are making silly mistakes.

Who will take the responsibility if the wrong unit is dispatched to the customer? I can't stop the listing because it will ruin all the ranking.

I can't also wait for the inventory to be fully processed and then start investigation. These 2 SKUs are look alike and weights are same, however, labels are obviously different, receiver in WH should scan all units. Please suggest what can I do? should I be worried? is there anything I can do to expedite the process?

Dominic from Amazon here, understand the frustration here. However support is correct, we have to wait for the shipment to be closed before we can begin an investigation. It may be that the numbers self correct when the shipment is closed we have seen that happen before.
