22 days since shipment was delivered yet status still says "in transit"
My LTL shipment was delivered to amazon 22 days ago. I have the POD and BOL. But the shipment status still says "in transit". I am about to sell out of my products which is going to tank my ranking and I am going to lose a lot of sales and then will have to claw my way back up the ranks again. I've opened cases but I get the same canned response. Nobody is helping me. It seems unreasonable I cannot get anyone to help me locate my goods and it's been 22 days :(

And no one at Amazon can help you. Since the carrier says they are delivered, they are most likely on an Amazon FC lot waiting in line to be unloaded. And although 22 days seems like a long time, spend any time in the forums and you'll see that 30+ days is the norm.
This is one reason we ship SPD. Some LTL shippers will send some units SPD so they don't run out of stock, or even keep some back at the warehouse for FBM.

Did you use a partnered carrier? Sometimes a shipment that has been delivered to fulfillment center will not display as Delivered when information from the carrier is not syncing with the fulfillment center. Your shipment will enter checked in status directly from in transit status.
