Wrong gl_product_group_type fixed by Amazon but reviews still not merged
Our ASINs were maliciously changed by someone to DIGITAL GOODS so listings were deleted by Amazon
Amazon fixed those when we reported to seller central by fixing the gl_category
Our listings came back but REVIEWS WERE NEVER MERGED AGAIN
Opened several cases regarding this, everytime we hear that CATEGORY HAS BEEN CHANGED AGAIN AND FIXED
But reviews still never get merged

I'm sorry you have had difficulties with your Variation being ineligible for merged reviews. At this time I am looking into escalation paths but please note that it may not be possible to override this policy that is restricting these reviews from being merged, however I will do what I can to advocate on your behalf.
