Lost and Damaged items in shipment
Hi
2 boxes from a shipment i sent into FBA were damaged by either amazon or ups and thrown out according to the tracking number. Seller support says the units were counted and confirmed and there will be no reimbursement. All invoices have been provided as well .This was shipped using partnered carriers so this type of thing is covered.
