Urgent issue - compliance related
We listed a product which requires compliance test report and certificate under 1 category only, however amazon asked us to provide under 2 different categories. When appealed request ‘this requirement does not apply to my product’ , it got rejected. We have 2 more listings of same product just a different colour, but in those 2 listings amazon asked for compliance under 1 category only.
