When are FBA products available after shipping to warehouse?
Are products available for sale when you ship them to FBA warehouse and they are in the "Receiving" stage?
I have a shipment that is in the "Receiving" stage on 2 of 5 SKUs that were shipped to Fort Wayne warehouse. It has been like this for over two months and qty received number keeps changing over and under of what was shipped. I tried to open a case but the "Investigation Available" date keeps changing also.

Good afternoon @Seller_BnVVYb6FZYIJz,
I will be happy to provide further clarity around the shipment events definitions.
When your items are in the receiving stage, that means Amazon has started scanning your shipment ID labels. Units are available for sale as soon as they are received. However, because units may be sent to other fulfillment centers closer to customers, it can take up to 18 days for received units to be available for immediate shipping.
The date that your shipment becomes eligible for investigation will be shown after all your boxes have been checked in. On or after this date, if there is any issue with your shipment, it will be eligible for investigation.
Amazon cannot manually expedite the receiving progress for any shipment. Your shipment may keep in Receiving status longer than expected due to the inventory need to transship from the fulfillment center to storage fulfillment center.
My recommendation is to remain patient while the rest of the inventory is received, and keep an eye on that investigation date in the event that you need to request one. Let me know if you have additional questions!
