FBA Fulfillment - no reimbursement for order not received by customer
Hi Amazon Seller Support,
The customer didn't receive their order through FBA fulfillment and Amazon refunded the customer. However I did not receive a reimbursement for the lost item.
I created a case ID:15057309821
Within the case I have attached an pdf screenshot of an email received from Amazon refund with the reason "Order not received" from customer
I received a response from Amazon: "In this regard, completed our investigation and i have found that the item is not eligible for reimbursements for reasons that include the request being made for the wrong store, account status is non-normal, or selling contract does not qualify for reimbursement for these issues. "
Does Amazon FBA not take responsibility for items lost in fulfillment and reimburse the seller?
Would like to know what else I can do?
