Policy Violation
I received an email stating that some recent orders have violated the shipping policy:
Hello,
We have found that you have violated a policy. If this issue continues, we may deactivate your seller-fulfilled offers.
Why did I receive this message?
We have observed that shipments for some of your recent orders have been confirmed prior to handing them off to a carrier. Sellers on Amazon are not allowed to confirm a shipment before they have sent at least part of the order to the buyer.
How and why would I receive this, when I purchase my shipping thru Amazon and it confirms the shipment when I buy the shipping label? Everything on the account is healthy with no violations showing in account health? Can someone please tell me how this is possible

Hi @Seller_bfpZk2lCEJfOx,
According to the help page How to confirm a shipment, right at the top it states: "If you purchased shipping through Amazon Buy Shipping, you do not need to confirm the shipment since this is done automatically."
May I ask, how much time typically passes between when you purchase shipping/print labels through Amazon and when you physically hand the packages over to the carrier? I think the automatic confirmation might be what's triggering the policy violation.
