payment cancelled

Payment cancelled on the disbursement. I have checked the notifications, emails from Amazon, and I didn't see any message from them.

My account is not suspended, and I am still doing sales as of today ( I did $750.00 in sales today). I was told yesterday that the account payment would be fixed within 24 hours.

It has been past 24 hours, and I have talked to Seller Support to get this fixed, or escalated. They don't see my account being suspended, only that the their was PAYMENT CANCELLED I have attached a copy of the screen shot of my Seller Account Review.

I just suddenly had to update my credit cards for no reason as payment was due. We're a tiny business so the money we make would not have any effect on Amazon's ability to function! BUT, there might be a glitch somewhere.

The account was never suspended or blocked. I called Seller Support. and they have acknowledged that my account is not even suspended. I have used EXPRESS PAYMENT and usually it let's me deposit in my account once every 24 hours. Now my net proceeds are $0.00, and all the money are in reserve. Seller Support has no real actionable information for me.

Any help would really be appreciated.

The same thing happened to us on Monday. They wanted us to update the charge method, we added a new credit card. They promised to transfer the money after 3 days, however nothing has happened so far, and we doubt if they are going to transfer the balance!

Hi, I had the same issue on August 31, a requested payment was canceled and all available funds were put into Account Level Reserve, oddly enough my account was clean, all listings are active and have not received any performance notifications or related emails.

I've already initiated a case with the seller support team and sent inquiry emails to both funding payment teams, now the best thing to do is wait, I just feel frustrated.

I'm still looking for a reasonable answer. The information I've gotten so far is that I may have run into a TRO or account review or something. It will take a week or two for these to be recognized, as so far I haven't received any performance notices or emails from Amazon or the rights owner.

What will happen next? Is it possible to receive my funds in the short term?
