When you received the performance notification advising of your appeal outcome, what was the reason for the denial? Rejection reasons typically fall under three reasons: an unverifiable supplier, a quantity mismatch, or the invoice itself did not meet our document requirements.
I understand you have used this supplier before, but new information may have come to light regarding this supplier's authenticity. Other factors influencing the document rejection could be an Amazon policy change that affects your supplier or if the invoice formatting has changed.
