Country of residence doesnt match the country

I have submitted 100+ cases to amazon, I am getting not help what soever and the system will give me the same answer everytime.

I have moved from Canada to the US, I am currently a US resident, I changed all my store address and everything to the US, when I was filling out my business Identity form, I had put that I was a Canadian Citizen, and provide my drivers license from the US, but I am unable to make any changes to that form.

I have sent different cases, sending my Canadian documents ( Passport both pages, Bank Statments showing previous address, and phone bill showing previous address) Then I will send my US documents, (Drivers license front and back, Bank statemtne and phone bill) in any of the cases I have been successful, I call for help, and there is a time they tell me to upload only my canadian docs, then it doesnt work, I call again and they tell me to upload only my US documents, I do that and doesnt work, then they tell me to upload the US and Canada documents, but again havent got any luck, I am running out of options on what to do, and my inventory is sitting in canada stranded :(

Please help!!
