Have you guys gone smf3 warehouse lately? I sent my shipment there, but it's been in delivered status and not registered, what happened to this warehouse lately?

Same problem here. First there was the problem with the tracking not updating. Finally Dominic sorted that out and the tracking started working again. Now 2 shipments that have been delivered are just sitting there. At first I wondered if that fulfillment center was having challenges because of the extreme weather in California, but it doesn't appear that Stockton has had any serious issues.

For more than a year all shipments have been going to LAS1 in Henderson NV. No complaints. Not all fulfillment centers are as good as they should be and SMF3 needs to get its act together.

Hi @Seller_gRqwdj8mBDLWc,

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to provide some additional context. I took a look at your account and I can see that your products were delivered on 3/20 at 4:30 PM. Small-parcel shipments can take up to 4 days to move to Checked in status. If by tomorrow at the end of the day the items are still not checked in please tag me and I can explore. At this time the team still has a day and half to meet the standard operating procedure.

Best,

Dominic

Same problem here, but at the LAS1 warehouse. Shipped March 9th and finally today April 18th they started receiving. Ran out of product on the listings. Amazon used to ship most of our items to Stockton which were promptly received. But recently shipments going to LAS1, only sit there not moving. I'm afraid to send more product, worried it will sit there as well. Anyone know of problems at LAS1?

We send out FBA shipments every day, and I have to say it's usually a seamless and fast process. UPS is fast and always gets shipments delivered overnight or the next day.

Once in a while there's a quirk. As of yesterday we had a shipment from the beginning of August that UPS showed as Delayed. Today was the day it was to be researched. But the data now shows it was delivered back in August. This must have been a UPS data issue, not Amazon. But the items are not checked in yet.

By far most issues, if there are any, are the count of skus shipped. Some warehouses are nearly perfect. Others need some work. I just wish Amazon would STOP blaming everyone else when the check-in person makes a mistake. We've had cases of 36 items that ONLY fit 36 items showing there were 37 EXTRA skus in the box. How? Then we've had cases with 36 skus shipped and they said there were 36 missing. It's rare, however, and usually limited to one DC.

With a few exceptions, we're happy with the service which is quite complicated considering logistics has so many variables involved. But the new regional system makes a lot more sense than paying for 2 day service cross country and filling the sky with Amazon planes. $$$
