APPROVAL FOR MY OWN BRAND??????

I just got 251 units stranded for my own brand and have to request approval with an invoice when I AM THE BRAND OWNER. I dont know why Amazon hates me so much, I have nothing wrong with account health or compliance since I did it recently, I spent a lot of time and money doing compliance requests and I still have brand registry. This is crazy I really hope I can figure this out. PLEASE HELP ME

Simple Fix. As the owner, prepare a letter of authorization and provide that to your seller lol

I had to get a lawyer and file a brand registry with the USPTO (US Patent Trade Office), to legally have my brand "trade marked" and prove this to Amazon that I am the Brand Owner. There must be a lot of fraud out there these days. Surprised? I'm not. Sign of the times, unfortunately. Just my take on a similar issue.

This is likely the result of something not aligning on the backend to connect your listing(s) to your Brand.

I have had this happen as well.

Use seller support - use the "call" option at the top of the page for this type of issue. You will get to a US based senior support specialist who can stay on the issue until resolution (as opposed to jumping around to different specialists.

I would NOT recommend trying to fix this via messages - get on the phone!

Check the UK trademark website for your trademark as someone mightve hijacked it and registered it as their own on Amazon Brand Registry
