Some variation families do not show parent in manage inventory when ASIN exists, ASIN doesn't display in variation family details, and editing parent SKU redirects to amazon dashboard.
After several support cases, I am turning here because I cannot find a solution.
We sell FBM only. We've created variation families via upload. Some families display in Manage Inventory displaying the parent and the variations; great that's expected. Other families are missing their parents despite the variations having links to Variation Family Details; where is the parent in manage inventory though? Only visible if I fliter by FBA. Why?
Worse, if I pick Variation Family Details, trying to edit the parent SKU simply redirects to the dashboard again and won't let me edit. Amazon support does not help fix the problem. It's frustrating.
Like, I just want to sell some stuff, Amazon. Why is this so hard?
