ID verification

I have been trying for days to "reactivate my account" – though it has never yet even been activated, and understand they need for ID verification. However, I keep going round in circles trying to do this

"The bank statement holder's name does not match the name on the national ID document."

I called many times and Amazon support double checked, my name and address are match. Let me submit same documents again, back through the same process!

All I want to do is complete my ID verification so I can start selling my products on Amazon – can anyone please help? Or can anyone from Amazon actually contact me?
