I am a new seller on Amazon and am working towards obtaining brand qualification.
My products are customized sweatshirts, and I used a stitch gun to attach my brand label to them. The stitching is clearly visible in the provided pictures. However, I received an email stating that there is not enough evidence to confirm the label is permanently affixed.
I am unsure why this is an issue, as the explanation states that stitched labels should be acceptable, and I have already submitted these pictures before.
Could you please clarify the proper method for branding a handmade custom sweatshirt?

my best advice is to just resubmit till you get a different person. I’ve often found things vary from one person to the next.
