Error message: Not Authorized We don't have a seller account associated with that email address.

Hello,

last year I lost access to an account of mine after changing the bank account.

Since then it's been hell. Here is what happens when I try to login: I get redirected to a page with this error message:

" Not Authorized

We don't have a seller account associated with that email address."

I then have the option to sign up (which is not possible because I already have an account with this email address) or login again, which doesn't work because this is what gives me this error message.

So basically i'm turning in circle and absolutely NOBODY has been able to help me.

Does anyone know what I should do?

what does it say when you try "forgot my password" with this same email address?

Good Afternoon @Seller_R3UQ9uXNq74wG - It looks like one of our seasoned seller's @Seller_v95qqMBLFluEx was helping you troubleshoot regaining access to your selling account.
