My "Send to Amazon" screen just hangs

For the past 45mins when I now go to "Send to Amazon" screen it just hangs and never goes to the next screen. See attached screen shot.

Can someone please help??

After a long time waiting it eventually gives an error message. See below.

I have tried about 10 times now but still same thing. anyone else having this issue?

I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in with you, are you still encountering this issue? If you haven't done so already, can you please see if clearing your cache/cookies and trying a new browser helps resolve this?

If you're continuing to run into this error, can you please send me your case IDs? That way I can take a further look into what may be going on here!
