应该怎么处理?开了几个case,回答基本是所问非所答,哪位大佬有处理经验?

感觉像是一个系统的bug。

If this is an Intellectual Property complaint, the original Rights Owner would have to withdraw the complaint through Seller Central. They would just need to select "Withdraw Complaint" on the same page they filed the complaint. This is the only way to resolve the complaint.
