MOD HELP - All listing became Buy Box Ineligible Despite Account being in Good Standing

Hello i have been a seller on Amazon for 8 years in good standing. Today it looks like every ASIN i have went from buy box eligible to buy box ineligible.

I called the health team and they said my account is in good standing. I called partner support and they could not help.

Anyone have any ideas what could have happened here?

Some of my listings are PRIME and over $20 less than competitors and I'm still not showing as eligible for those listings.
