my account is deactivated because my ex husband use his computer we used to share together i did not log out since my separation and amazon found they are related but we live in difference adress we do not share anything anymore. i sent my appeal and my divorce i still remain suspended . Please can someone help it has been one month .

Is your ex-husband's account also deactivated? If so, he may need to reactivate his as well unless you can prove to Amazon the accounts are not related in any way.
If his isn't also deactivated, it should be possible to prove you no longer share a computer, IP address, residence and are no longer related by marriage.
