Suspended Ad Account
Hello everyone,
I'm facing a unique issue with payment failure on Amazon Ads. I recently created a Seller Central account and launched a product two weeks ago.
I initiated a PPC campaign, but the payment failed due to insufficient balance in the Seller Central account, as it's a new launch.
I've updated the credit card details on the Ad Console and cleared all outstanding invoices. However, Amazon Advertising Support still isn't allowing us to resume the PPC campaign, stating that we're ineligible to run PPC on this account.
We've submitted multiple cases, but the response from the team remains the same.
Can someone please assist in resolving this issue?
