I cannot complete setup and list my products because I am getting an error about having to wait for card validation
I have opened 3 tickets and the support team keeps closing the ticket and threatened me with restricting my account. This is so strange. I am trying to list an item and wen i do i get this error
"You're currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Ensure that you have a valid credit or debit card uploaded in Account Settings."
My card is a credit card, not debit
It is in the US, and has the same billing address as my business
It is valid
It can be chrged
It is associated with my business.
I waited more than 24 hours
All I want to do is list items and i cannot get past this error
Who can fix this?
