0-Day Handling Time
Under my shipping template I have handling time set to 0-day by default. When I receive an order via FBM, the confirmation ("Ship By") date is always the day after I got the sale instead of same day. From what I understand, that means handling time is somehow 1 day, when the buyer makes the purchase. Is there anyway I can confirm the customers are receiving a guranteed 0-Day handling before they buy the product? I ship my orders same day, and I think I would win more of the Buy Box if the customers would know that...hence 0-Day handling being the default on my shipping template. Also, viewing my listings from Amazon, the delivery date is always estimated around 4-5 days after the order which doesn't seem accurate either. The longest a delivery takes is usually 3 days, and that is with 1-day handling. Any help?

Hello @Seller_pOWo42uAq8c68
Thank you for checking in with the forums about your handling time.
Have you filed a support case with details about specific orders you believe did not have accurate handling times or delivery promises?

What do you have as your cut off time?
If an order comes in after your cut off time, then it will have the next day as the ship by date.
Example: If you have your cut off time set at 2pm PT and an order comes in at 2:30pm PT, then the order will have a ship by date as the next business day. If we remember correctly, Amazon also has a 30 minute buffer in place so an order coming in at 1:35pm PT would also have the next day as the ship by date.
You can view and edit your operating days, order cut-off times, and delivery days under Order Fulfillment Settings. These can be configured for both the General Fulfillment Settings and Fulfillment Settings for Shipping Region Automation
