Getida and other company regarding refunds
Hello, does anyone know about Getida and all the other companies that will take a look at your account and see if there are any refunds owed to you by Amazon? So I had these products sent to our house and told us that it was a defect but it is not a defect at all. And up to now some of the items have still not arrived. Also, some of my products were sent to my old address and I already updated it so many times. Can Getida or another company help me to recoup my loss? Please help. Thanks!

Amazon vets all service providers and continuously monitors performance to ensure high-quality service providers are a part of the service provider network.
