You can only sell name brand products if you have permission from that specific brand to sell the product (a letter of authenticity) or obtain your products through a distributor trusted by said brand owner. But that second one can be more difficult. I definitely recommend only selling products you have a Letter Of Authenticity for. Do not buy products from Walmart, Target, Costco, etc. and attempt to resell them on Amazon. You will get deactivated quickly.
