My account has been suspended, verification is denied
I have been selling on Amazon without any problems for about 1 years.
Recently my account was suspended and my FBA inventory was stranded.
I am asked for bank account verification, I work with Payoneer to receive payment, I upload the account statement I received from Payoneer to the system, but I get a rejected warning.
How do I resolve this situation?
Can someone who knows help me?

You cannot resolve the situation unless you write to them. Seller support is non-functional. You must write a DEMAND LETTER to Amazon Payments Inc.
Amazon Payments Inc (API) is Money Transmitter that must abide by every US State's money transmitter rules. If they do not abide by these rules, they may have their license pulled by the Superintendant. Licenses granted under article XIII-B of the NY Banking Law may be revoked for the grounds specified in section 642 of the Banking Law, after notice and hearing conducted in accordance with the State Administrative Procedure Act and department regulations.
Any Seller that has an ignored grievance with Amazon, Amazon Payments Inc can file a complaint in your own State, cite the Banking Law for that State and demand an investigation and demand that Amazon's Money Transmitter License pulled for 30 days while the investigation is ongoing.
See NY Banking Law §642: 'The superintendent may, on good cause shown, or where there is a substantial risk of public harm, suspend any license issued pursuant to this article for a period not exceeding thirty days, pending investigation. “Good cause”, as used in this subdivision, shall exist only when the licensee has defaulted or is likely to default in performing its financial engagements or engages in dishonest or inequitable practices which may cause substantial harm to the persons afforded the protection of this article.'
After a quick perusal of this forum, Amazon is clearly defaulting in its financial engagements to sellers, using dishonest and inequitable practices and causing substantial harm to tens of thousands of sellers on Amazon.
After writing a DEMAND LETTER, it appears that filing multiple complaints, lawsuits and claims against AMAZON is an honorable course of action.
“You shall not oppress a hired worker who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your brothers or one of the sojourners who are in your land within your towns. You shall give him his wages on the same day, before the sun sets (for he is poor and counts on it), lest he cry against you to the Lord, and you be guilty of sin." --Deuteronomy 24:14-15
