Am I responsible if the package was delivered?
I sent a package to Puerto Rico and it was delivered yesterday per the USPS.
The customer just emailed me that she didn't get the package and that the USPS said it was delivered. She asked her neighbors and they don't have it.
What should I do? Is she entitled to file a complaint or ask for a refund?

Hello @Seller_wM0nLLkM8WJfx, the buyer may submit negative feedback or file an A-to-Z claim. If you used Buy Shipping, you will have added protection against this claim. However, it's best to work with the customer using Buyer-Seller Messages to avoid an A-to-Z claim.
There is some information on what to do in these situations in the Manage Orders FAQ.
