8567 error

When using the bulk product upload form or product classification form to upload products, if the product id filled in is asin, an error 8567 will appear. If upc is filled in, a new asin will be created.
B0CK5RLRT3, B0DF4BFKCL
Shared same upc: 755752123643
The upc was purchased by our gs1, and B0CK5RLRT3 is now sold by Amazon vc. But no matter what method we use now, we can't follow the sale of B0CK5RLRT3. I hope to fix the 8567 error. I opened many cases but they were not resolved. The cases all said that they were transferred to the internal team, and then there was no follow-up.

Hi there @Seller_keKMbj3mb23nW,
I'm sorry you are having a difficulties with Error 8567. I've reviewed your Cases and your ASINs and the issue appears to be that the information provided for GS1 doesn't match the information provided on Amazon which may be causing this issue. I would recommend you ensure that your GS1 information is valid and matches the information you provide on Amazon exactly.
Thank you for your understanding.

You can check case id: 16479507271, 16470965021. It is not caused by the mismatch of gs1 information. This upc was purchased from gs1, and B0CK5RLRT3 was created one year ago.
When using the bulk product upload form or the product classification form to upload a product,
if the product id is asin, an error 8567 will appear.
If upc is filled in, a new asin will be created(B0DF4BFKCL).
B0CK5RLRT3, B0DF4BFKCL used a same upc: 755752123643
We bought the upc from gs1, and B0CK5RLRT3 is now sold by Amazon vc. But no matter what method we use, We cannot assign a new sku to B0CK5RLRT3 because drone products need to use different sku to obtain return data for each batch of goods
I hope the 8567 error can be fixed. Many cases have been opened but have not been resolved. The cases all say that they will be transferred to the internal team, and then there is no follow-up.

Hello @Seller_keKMbj3mb23nW,
I'm sorry for the difficulties you have faced I've reviewed the UPC myself on the GS1 Website and the Brand Name that you are using on the Amazon listing and the information on GS1 are not a match. This may not be the only issue with this ASIN but it is one of them. At this current juncture the Seller Support team is attempting to resolve the issues with the UPC on the Amazon website but you will need to ensure that you can demonstrate that the business that owns the GS1 UPC is the same as the Brand associated with this product.
Please ensure that you work with Seller Support to resolve this error. If the Seller Support team is not able to solve this error and your case is closed without resolution please let me know and I can see what options exist for further escalation. Thank you for your understanding.

I have obtained authorization and have a gs1 authorization letter. You can view the documents in the case, and the product has been created. The current 8567 is because the asin disappeared in the Amazon mall and cannot be associated with the upc and sku.

Hi there @Seller_keKMbj3mb23nW,
Can you please confirm this is the correct understanding of the issue:
You are trying to list ASIN B0CK5RLRT3 however due to an issue with an upload a duplicate product using the same UPC was created B0DF4BFKCL. Due to the UPC being the same on these products you aren't able to create a new Manufacturer Barcode Labeled FBA offer for ASIN B0CK5RLRT3 and you are getting error 8567 when using an upload. Please correct me if anything is incorrect.
Have you requested an ASIN Merge for the ASINs?
What happens when you attempt to create an Offer using the Add a Product tool using the ASIN?
Thank you for providing your additional details.

@Seller_keKMbj3mb23nW,
As soon as you have exhausted all options with Seller Support in your open case I will be able to see what other escalation options exist, however the issue in this instance is that the UPCs on ASINs cannot generally be adjusted after creation. Please continue to work with Seller Support via your case and let me know if it closes without resolving your issue. Please remember that Amazon cannot create listings on your behalf so you will need to delete and relist the listings to repair them. Thank you.
@Seller_z4elAV8eFc64c,
At this time the team has indicated that you wait 48 hours before to relist in you case. If you are still having issues after this please create a new thread with your details and case ID and a member of the team will review to see what escalation options exist. Thank you.
