Extremely Frustrated with the Brand Registry Team. Assigned me to the wrong brand
I've been dealing with this for over a year. They don't have a contact phone number or even an email address. Nowhere on the Brand Registry page is a Contact Us button. They don't want you asking for help.
Amazon originally assigned my brand to me and allowed me to start building my store. Then one day , out of nowhere, they toombstoned my brand and assigned me to someone else's brand and store. I've filed several cases with them and they never resolve the issue. How hard could this be to fix? It wasn't that hard to cause the problem, so it definitely shouldn't be that hard to fix it. But here I am, paying to be an Amazon seller for 2 years and I havent' been able to even list my products because of this.

The brand they assigned to me is WP Suspension. A european company with a european serial number 014347769

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I've just looked into everything and located the issue. I've sent all my research off to the Brand Registry team for them to address it and hope to hear back within a week! As soon as I do hear back, I'll let you know.
