Buy Box Suppression Due to Discount Code Off Platform

Hello,

We have several ASINs that have their buy box suppressed (even though we are eligible). I understand that if the item is being off platform for cheaper BB can be suppressed, however, it looks like what they are comparing against is a "discount code" similar to a "sign up for email for 10% off" etc. I have historically only seen suppression if the actual list price off platform is cheaper and not during a code discount. Is there anything we can do on this?
