OTP sent to wrong old number to which i do not have access anymore
i am unable to login my account from another device since amazon is sending an OTP to an old number, what can I do?
I tried with the customer service several times with no solution

I have raised 3 cases so far which are transfered but without any solution:

If i want to change the verification method to a google authenticator i need to go to login settings and then this would require etering an OTP which is sent to a wrong number
I tried to go to the 2 step verification method and uploaded my passport twice but nothing happened, my account wasnt even under review this is what customer service told me
i am turning into circles and at some point i might lose access to my seller accoutn and i have products that will arrive at amazon warehouse in 1 week
everytime i contact customer service they transfer my case but no one contacts me
