I can't request a withdrawal from Amazon and can't open a case

It usually only takes me about 2-3 days to make a withdrawal request in the Canadian market. However, I haven't been able to withdraw it for 2 weeks now. Currently, my balance is over $3,300 CA. I still have orders and still have transactions. I want to submit a case to Amazon support, but "Get help with a new issue" is grayed out and I can't click on it to open the case.

I'm hoping those of you here who know or have Amazon support can help me.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to see if I could get you some support here.

It sounds like your issue is related to the CAN marketplace, correct? You had made this post within the US forum and we do not have access to your information.

I'd recommend please opening your thread within the Canada forum but changing the country in the top righthand corner of this forum page.
