Listing Updates Not Reflecting

Hello Amazon Support,

I hope you're doing well.

I’m reaching out regarding two of my ASINs:

B0DMHDYWKC

B0DMHDXPHT

I’ve noticed that the changes are not reflected on the Amazon website when I edit or update these listings —including the title, description, and generic keywords. Additionally, my products are not appearing organically in search results for any of the keywords at any time of the day. The listings are only visible when I run Sponsored Ads, and I’m not receiving any organic impressions.

When I attempted to create a case for this issue, I received the following message:

"To address this issue, the impacted SKUs for the ASIN must be deleted for 24 hours, which will enable our system to allow changes to these locked attributes. You can then relist your product with the updated product data after 24 hours. Please note that this will not affect your Product Reviews or Sales History on the ASIN."

Before proceeding with the deletion, I wanted to confirm this with an Amazon representative to ensure there are no additional risks or unintended consequences. That’s why I’m reaching out here.

Could you please check if any indexing issues or listing problems prevent updates from being applied? I would also appreciate any guidance on improving the organic visibility of my products.

However, you may want to check the Listings Lounge: Optimizing Your Product Listing for Search Results page to see if you may be missing anything.

Please also note that if the product is new on Amazon, it may take longer for the product search results to move up the ladder.
